The sighting for the start of Jumaadal Aakhiraah 1446 shall be on Sun 01 Dec 2024.

If sighted, 1st Jumaadal Aakhiraah will be on Mon 02 Dec 2024. Otherwise, Jumaadal Ulaa will last 30 days, with 1st Jumaadal Aakhiraah 1446, falling on Tue 03 Dec 2024, in-sha-Allah.

UUCSA will announce the official results of moon-sighting after confirmation procedures have been completed during Sunday evening, in-sha-Allah.

We urge all Muslims and congregations to go out and seek the sighting of the moon, according to the Sunnah for the determination of the starting and ending of the Hijri months.
