The sighting for the start of Safar 1445 shall be on Tue 17 Aug 2023. If sighted, 1st Safar 1445, shall be on Fri 18th Aug 2023.

 

Otherwise, Muharram 1445 will last 30 days, with 1st Safar 1445 falling on Sat 19th Aug 2023, in-sha-Allah.

 

We urge all Muslims and congregations to go out and seek the sighting of the moon, according to the Sunnah for the determination of the starting and ending of the Hijri months.
