The Jamiah al Ulum al Islamiyyah will host the 10th Annual Khatmul Bukhari Jalsa with the completion of Al Qira’at Sab’ah on Saturday 7 December 2019, starting from 17h00 until Maghrib. The programme will take place at Nurul Islam Masjid, Oryx St, Lenasia.

 

Guests of honour at the Khatm of Bukhari ceremony will also give pieces of advice and du’aa. They are:

 

• Moulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, General Secretary of Islamic Fiqh Academy, India

 

• Shaykh Hamid Akram Bukhari, Hadith lecturer at Al Masjid al Nabawi

 

• Moulana Salman Bijnori, Senior lecturer of Hadith at Darul Ulum Deoband

 

• Moulana Abbas Ali Sarigat, Senior lecturer of Hadith at Darul Uloom Zakariyya

 

• Mufti Ismail Rahim, Senior lecturer of Hadith at Jami’ah al Ulum al Islamiyyah & Jameah Mahmoodiyah (Springs)

 

• Moulana Muhammed Abbasoomar, Hadith specialist (admin of www.hadithanswers.com)

 

The Khatm of Qira’at ceremony will be presided over by Qari Ayoob Essack.

 

Meanwhile, the Jamiah al Ulum al Islamiyyah has also released the programme of the Hadith Seminar for Ulama and Alimat which is scheduled to take place at the same venue from Friday 6 December 2019, after Al Maghrib and will continue on Saturday, 7 December 2019, between 08h00 and Dhuhr. The seminar presenters are the honourable ulama, as listed above.
